Decon's commentary:

Considering the circumstances in which it was made- the loss of a family member right before the Xmas season, my oncoming breakdown building further- I'm honestly still surprised I was able to pull off stuff of this quality. Clearly I was itching to do a more manic, faster paced bop then the usual Twisted Kerchiefs fare here, and I delivered on my own expectations significantly, with the ultra intricate bass work (built using several single note samples sliced out of bass guitar loops) being particularly standout. The intro doesn't quite work as smoothly as I'd have liked, just due to how BPM changes over an area is handled in MUSIC™ 2000, but that's a very minor nitpick when compared to the overall quality of the piece. An even more minor and petty nitpick is the fact that I forgot to clone a percussion riff before editing it for a later point in the song, leading to an error I didn't catch until it was too late to fix at 1:12, but something tells me I'm the only person who has ever cared or even known that that was a mistake.
