E.Q., a series of stories spearheaded by Dio Maxwelle and Decon Theed set in a universe where Music is no longer an art form (and instead a weapon of the governing bodies of the world), turned five years old at the start of the month. To celebrate, Mello-MAChine and Visor Jack have teamed up to produce a two-track release that captures both sides of the world of E.Q.; the depressing technological mish-mash that is the 23rd century, where people are quite literally enslaved by gov't owned musicians, and the thriving world of underground music production and performance, seeking to offer respite to the hungry masses.
